Omschrijving This position deals with global project assignments and reflects the highest capability level in Pulp and Paper regarding problem solving and troubleshooting of Pulp and Paper applications issues. The Technical Marketing Manager is a recognized paper industry expert, knowledgeable in product application technology and has a sales and marketing background. This position provides support of global growth, technical training, as well as technical information exchange and development. Success will be measured through expanding sales and profitability.

*Technology development
Develop application technology for new and existing products
* Field support and technology transfer
Conduct system audits relating to application technology and process conditions.
Optimize field trials of new and existing products on a global basis. Transfer technical information through training
Technical information exchange with the customers and distributors
Create technically based customer/sales presentations.
*Business development
Provide the management of the segment data and business development plans for the business and execution of these plans.
Manage the distributor's network.

Gezocht profiel University or college education, preferably in chemistry or process/chemical technology
Strong personality / skilled negotiator
Recognized paper industry expert
Problem solving skills
Presentation skills
Project management skills
Excellent writing and oral communication skills

Arbeidsvoorwaarden 80-95K + bonus + car
